The non-governmental organisations and The University of Hong Kong will collaborate on a range of events for the general public, including youth-led workshops, performances of youth music and juggling, creative engagement and guided tours. EPISO will lead yoga practice for stretching your mind.

Dream Tarot
According to the National Sleep Foundation, the average person dreams four to six times per night. While everyone dreams, the content of those dreams and their effect on sleep can vary dramatically from person to person. Dream Tarot Cards would be used as a tool to talk about dreams with youth. Participants may interpret and reflect upon their dreams with the facilitation of reflective questions. It could help them better understand their daily thoughts and behaviours.

Youth workers from SJS brew coffee, and make use of SJS designed "aroma wheel" to facilitate visitor to slow down, relax, and share their life story. Visitor can experience the process of coffee brewing and have self reflection.

Early Psychosis Foundation (EPISO) was founded in 2007 and registered as a charitable institution in 2009. EPISO consists of experienced professionals and academics in the field of early psychosis. The society aims to make accessible knowledge and experience gained from research and clinical practice to promote high-quality early psychosis intervention services, professional training, and public awareness programs.
